Make a care payment enquiry If you pay for care, or receive direct care payments, you can make a payment enquiry online.
Direct payments Direct payments give you the freedom to choose who provides the services you need.
Deferred payment agreements (DPA) If you are eligible for a DPA, we'll pay your costs until you're ready to sell your home to repay the debt.
Disabled facilities grant The disabled facilities grant can help towards the cost of adapting your home so you can live independently.
Appeals What to do if you disagree with the amount you have been asked to contribute towards your care costs or can't afford to pay.
Support from an advocate When making decisions about your care you may want someone to speak up for you if you do not have a family member or friend to support you.
