Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum

The Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum (PRSF) exists to improve communication between landlords, property managers and the council.

Who can attend?

Any landlord or agent operating within the city can attend the meetings.

When are meetings held?

Meeting are held twice a year in Liverpool. Speakers talk about issues to do with the private housing sector. 

The last Forum was held on Wednesday 28th February at 4.15 pm in Liverpool Town Hall and  focused on the introduction of Universal Credit in Liverpool. Officers from the Department for Work and Pensions, Liverpool City Council’s Benefits Service, and Mersey Fire and Rescue Service provided presentations. There was also be an opportunity for questions.

The next Forum will be held in September and will be advertised on this page.
