Landlord Advisory Panel

The aim of the Landlord Advisory Panel is to promote a thriving and well managed private rented sector in Liverpool.

The group is made up of officers from Liverpool City Council's Housing Strategy and Public Protection teams and a group of 10-12 private landlord and letting agents.

Members of the group are required to canvass the opinions of their peers and represent their concerns and interests at meetings.

How do I find out more?

Landlords and letting agents can nominate themselves for membership of the group.  If you would like to find out more about becoming a member of the Landlord Advisory Group please contact us.

If more than 12 nominations are received, members will be chosen by a secret ballot at the Private Rented Sector Forum.
