Consultation on Public Spaces Protection Order for Cornett Road, Liverpool, L9

Consultation on Public Spaces Protection Order for Cornett Road, Liverpool, L9

Start date: 25th August 2017.
End date: 21st September 2017.

The council is considering making a public spaces protection order in Cornett Road, Liverpool, L9. The order would ban people from accessing the public space within a short passageway between the rear of 42 Hall Lane and Cornett Road, Liverpool 9.

This would mean that any person accessing this area would be committing an offence punishable by a fine.

The order is being proposed because the council considers that there are activities taking place within the passageway concerned that have had and may continue to have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality.
