Consultation on the draft Spatial Regeneration Framework for Ten Streets

Consultation on the draft Spatial Regeneration Framework for Ten Streets

Start date: 10th October 2017
End date: 21st November 2017

What we're consulting on

We are inviting feedback on the draft masterplan for establishing a creativity district in the Ten Streets area of north Liverpool, which could generate up to 2,500 new jobs.

The Ten Streets Spatial Regeneration Framework (SRF) has been prepared collaboratively with Liverpool City Council and its partners to guide the regeneration and future development of the unique Ten Streets character zone and its surrounds as part of the ongoing renewal and evolution of Liverpool’s North Docks district.

You can download the SRF document and find out more on the Ten Streets website. Information is also available on the Regenerating Liverpool website.

How to comment

You can download the feedback form and find out more on the Ten Streets website.

What happens to my views?

All responses received from the community and other key stakeholders will be considered and any appropriate revisions will be made.  A revised document will be put before the council's Cabinet for approval and adoption.

What happens next?

If adopted the document will become an adopted Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The SPD will form part of the Local Development Framework for Liverpool, becoming amaterial consideration for future planning decisions and an important planning tool to guide developers, investors and occupiers.
