Procurement strategy

The council is committed to the principles of best value and will seek to contract with providers of goods, services and works who are most able to demonstrate that same commitment.

The introduction of an updated Corporate Procurement Strategy provides a framework for all procurement and ensures compliance with the European and UK legislation and the Council's contract procedure rules.

The strategy represents the Council's procurement aims and objectives for the next 3 years.
