Notice of Conclusion of Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places
Representation of the People Act 1983; Section 16 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006; and Section 17 of the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013
The statutory review of polling districts and places is now concluded. The relevant report of the Electoral Committee held on 5th February 2014 is available and this provides full details of all polling district boundary and polling place changes agreed at this meeting and is in force from 17th February 2014 when the new electoral register is published.

The next compulsory full review of polling districts and places must be started and completed within 16 months from 1st October 2018. However, Liverpool City Council continuously reviews the voting arrangements and comments or suggestions can be made at any time to the above address.
The reasons for the adoption of the changes are as set out in Appendix A of the Agenda of the Electoral Committee held on 5th February 2014 (see above link).
Following the conclusion of the local authority’s review, individuals have a right to make representations to the Electoral Commission. Representations to the Commission should be made within six weeks from the date of this notice.
The Commission will only consider representations that the review process has not been conducted correctly, has failed to meet the reasonable requirements of the electors in the constituency or has failed to take sufficient account of accessibility to disabled persons of the polling stations within a polling place.
