Request an alleygate key or report a fault
Alleygates are placed in alleyways and passages to prevent and reduce burglary and criminal damage, including anti-social behaviour.
We have no planned gating programme for 2016.
Is there a charge?
Pensioners do not have to pay for a new or replacement key.
All other residents will be charged £6.
Alleygate keys must be paid for before collection via a PayPoint outlet. Please keep your PayPoint receipt as evidence of payment.
Where do I collect my key?
Keys can be collected from:Amey
Newton Road (off Prescot Road, facing fruit and vegetable market)
The letter you receive will tell you when your collection day and time is.
You will need to show two forms of ID with proof of your address when collecting your key, along with your PayPoint receipt for the fee of £6.
