Warm Front Grant
Heating and insulation improvements of up to £3,500 are available through the Warm Front Grant scheme.
Insulation offer for people over 70
People over 70 who own their own home or are privately renting can apply for loft and cavity wall insulation for free. Call the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre on 0800 512 012 to find out more.
Health Through Warmth
Health Through Warmth provides help to people with illnesses which can be made worse by cold or damp living conditions. Your needs will be assessed and help given depending on your circumstances. Find out more by contacting Janet Hughes on 639 4308 or Robbie McAndrew on 637 3671.

Events and roadshows
Winter Survival Information Fayre - Tuesday 15 November 2011, 10am to 2.30pm
Come along to this community event at St George's Hall (North Entrance, William Brown Street) and get advice on energy efficiency, healthy living, keeping active, benefits and fuel poverty.
There will be a free prize draw for Liverpool residents where you can win £100 to be paid directly into your fuel/energy account, plus other prizes. There will also be a guest appearance by Pete Price.
Free hot drink available on arrival, plus the opportunity to take part in chair based exercises and Reiki healing sessions.
