Juliette Norman

I'm a level 1 and 2 Spinning instructor, level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer and level 3 nutrition. I've an MRes in Musculoskeletal Health, MSc in Exercise and Health Sciences and a BSc in Biological Sciences and Human Physiology.  I'm also a Kettlebell and Metafit instructor and qualified in First Aid and defibrillator trained.  I specialise in weight loss and management, improving cardiovascular and metabolic health, improving mental health and stress management, reducing back and hip pain, preventing age-related health conditions and strength training for runners to improve performance and prevent injury.

Regular exercise and physical activity are fundamental for maintaining good physical and mental health. I'm passionate about promoting and helping people of all ages and abilities and achieve this through a combination of cardiovascular and strength based activities that are specifically tailored to the individual.  I am currently in the later stages of my PhD degree, investigating the importance of physical activity on cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal health.

Stephen McQuilliam

I've a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology (Distinction) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  As an accredited S&C coach, I can help people achieve their goals through personal training sessions.  I'm a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic coach who thrives on the complexities of creating effective and individual training programs to help people reach their own health and fitness targets.

I have experience at both ends of the spectrum having been involved in professional sport with a Premier League Football Club as a Sports Physiologist to a fitness coach at a residential health and weight loss camp known as MoreLife.  As the majority of my experience is in relation to competitive sport I specialise in strength and conditioning for sports performance.  Although the role at MoreLife centred around weight loss and lifestyle education, I believe this diversity will be of great benefit.  I'm also currently the S&C coach for Liverpool City of Swimming and a lead S&C coach at Liverpool John Moores University.

Lauren Bowers

I'm a level 1 Spinning instructor, level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer. I specialise in body confidence, body fat reduction, muscle tone and development, nutritional guidance and persistent motivation. I also focus on weight loss, postural analysis and plan to correct through core training (back care). I also specialise in Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Total Tone, Legs, Bums and Tums and HIIT.

As a young professional dancer, my relationship with food, body and constant self-criticism was unhealthy and unrealistic. In a world controlled by social media, selfies and apps that can Photoshop you to be thinner, taller, have longer hair...yes you read right, longer hair! It's no surprise we are all battling with the constant need to be 'perfect'. My passion is to help you reach realistic goals in realistic time frames, to build confidence and help you realise the strong person you are, not only physically but mentally too. I design tailor made programmes for all ages and abilities that suit you and your lifestyle, enabling you to progress physically and grow in confidence.

"Take the chance, make the change."
