Power yoga is a dynamic, exhilarating, all-over workout. It is based on a slightly more vigorous form of Ashtanga.
Although age suitability may vary across centres, this class is generally aimed at ages 16+. Future members attending Millennium will be expected to pay adult prices.
Classes which need to be booked are highlighted on each activity page. You can phone or email the centre you would like to attend. You can book certain classes online.
If you don't present your Lifestyles membership card at reception when attending a booked session, the system will automatically apply a £2 dishonour to your account.
