What happens next?

Agency Services will contact you within 10 working days to discuss your application. If nobody has made contact after 10 working days, please email agency.services@liverpool.gov.uk or telephone 0151 233 5647, and quote your reference number above.

If you don't need to pay a contribution towards your adaptation, a surveyor will contact you to arrange an appointment to visit the property.
