What to do is any refuse bin has been damaged, stolen or has been lost, and who can request extra bins.

Request a replacement purple bin

If your purple refuse bin has been damaged, stolen or is lost, please call 0151 233 3001. We charge a £25 administration and delivery fee for replacement bins and you can pay over the phone with a debit or credit card.

If your green refuse bin has been damaged, stolen or is lost you can buy a replacement one - only is you have already paid for the green bin collection service. We charge a £25 administration and delivery fee for replacement bins. Please use the online from below and select 'buy a new bin'.

We may need to charge for a new blue recycling in some circumstances, and we may come out to check the details given in your request. 

If your bin has been damaged, explain the type of damage in the additional information field of the request form - for instance ‘the lid is broken’. Please keep it in your own yard, driveway or garden as we may be able to repair it on the spot.

Extra bins

Extra bins will only be supplied in exceptional circumstances, for instance when six or more people live in a property or where a person's medical condition generates large volumes of waste. We may come out to check the details given in your request.

When can I expect delivery of a replacement bin?

If your request is approved it will take up to 15 working days for us to deliver it to your address. Contact us if you have not received your bin in this timeframe.
