Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum
The Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum (PRSF) exists to improve communication between landlords, property managers and the council.
Who can attend?
Any landlord or agent operating within the city can attend the meetings.
When are meetings held?
Meeting are held twice a year in Liverpool. Speakers talk about issues to do with the private housing sector.
The next Forum will be held on Tuesday 2nd October at 4pm in Liverpool Town Hall.
There will be welcome reception sponsored by the RLA at 4 pm with the main presentations starting at 4.30pm. Presentation topics with cover the Homelessness Reduction Act, Residential Possession Rights and How to Choose the Right Letting Agent. There will be a Landlord Surgery held after the presentations to allow landlords to ask questions on a one to one basis.
