Help for carers and care homes
How to request and use PPE
We receive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock each week and allocate it according to public health guidance and the level of need.
Please use your existing suppliers and only contact us when you have exhausted all other options.
Who can request PPE?
You can request PPE from us if you:
- receive direct payments
- are an unpaid carer
- represent a care home or care provider
- represent a council department
How to request PPE
People who receive direct payments can contact Careline on 0151 233 3800. Please also see managing your direct payments.
Unpaid carers can seek advice from the Liverpool Carer's Centre who will order PPE for you if you need it - contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07934 205 609. Please also see our advice for carers.
