Covid testing and vaccinations
The government's living with Covid plan gives guidance on testing and vaccinations as we now manage Covid-19 like other respiratory illnesses.
Testing for people with symptoms
Testing for the majority of people with symptoms has now ended. Free Covid-19 tests will continue to be available to help protect specific groups including eligible patients and NHS and care staff.
Free rapid lateral flow testing has now ended. If you want to use lateral flow tests (LFTs) you can buy them in chemists and shops.
NHS Covid-19 vaccine advice
Find out how to get a 1st, 2nd or booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, and how you will be contacted for your vaccinations, on the NHS website.
Clinics and drop-ins
Anyone aged 12 and over can get vaccinated at a drop-in clinic without an appointment. Children aged 5 to 11 can also get vaccinated at some drop-in clinics.
