Consultation on a draft Licensing Policy Statement

What we are consulting on
We are proposing to review the existing Licensing Policy and replace it with a new Licensing Policy Statement 2021-2026.
We are required to review the policy every 5 years and make appropriate revisions.
We have made proposed amendments to a number of sections and these are highlighted in bold text in the draft policy below.

How to comment
Complete the online survey below. All comments must be received by Friday 18th December 2020.

What happens to my views?
We ask for your details on the survey so we can contact you to discuss your comments if we need to. Your comments may be included in the consultation report given to committee and published on this website, but your name and details will not appear next to them.
All comments will be kept solely for the purposes of this consultation and will be destroyed 12 months after it closes.
What happens next?
Consultation results will be fed back to the licensing committee which will decide on any amendments to the Licensing Policy Statement.
