Consultation and engagement
Consultation on a draft policy for Homelessness and Rough Sleeping 2021-2026
Starts: 19th October 2021
Ends: 24th November 2021
What are we consulting on?
Every five years we publish an updated Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy. We want you to give us your views on the city’s vision to ensure that everyone has the right to a secure place to call home, a part to play in their community and a purpose for their lives.
In summary, the draft policy sets out:
- what we have achieved together over the last five years
- national and local data which tells us about the future challenges we face
- the key things we think we need to do
- the key ambitions that will help deliver our city’s vision
- key actions are that we need to take as part of those ambitions
