Live public access to council meetings online

Whilst the Coronavirus pandemic is ongoing, we will be live streaming our committee meetings - including council and select committees.

You can browse the list of current committees to view agenda items. The live stream link will be available on the relevant committee page.

Members of the public will be able to watch via the web, or through a Microsoft Teams account.

Speaking at a virtual meeting

If you wish to speak about an item of business on a published agenda, where public participation or question time is allowed, you will need to register by emailing committee.services@liverpool.gov.uk no later than 4pm at least 2 working days before the scheduled meeting.

You will need to include your:

  • Name, email address and contact number.
  • Details of the agenda item you wish to speak about.
  • Any supporting information you wish to submit.

Your personal details will not be recorded in any published minutes.

The Committee Secretary will email you the day before the meeting, with instructions on how to join the Virtual Committee.

Participants must adhere to any procedural guidance - you will find this information, and more, on the relevant committee meetings page.
