It is our intention that funding under the Help to Heat section of Energy Company Obligation 2018-22 (ECO3) will be made available to private tenants in Liverpool.

    The Homelessness Act 2002 requires each local authority in England to publish a homelessness strategy. The strategy recognises that the council cannot solve homelessness by itself and that homelessness is an issue that should be owned by all services, businesses and communities. It is therefore essential that we talk to and work with all stakeholders in Liverpool, including those remit it is to work with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and service users themselves.
