Are you 60+ and interested in dance, keeping fit or getting together with a group of like-minded people?

Join Merseyside Dance Initiative at Norris Green Library , for a series of free sessions aimed at providing a fun, social way to boost your wellbeing.

Our first session, of six in total, will be taking place on Tuesday 19th April  from 11.00 – 12.30

Enjoy warm-up exercises, dance styles and sequences in a friendly and welcoming environment. Each hour-long session will be followed by a 30-minute social with tea and biscuits.

All sessions are suitable for beginners. No dance experience is necessary. Wear something comfortable that's easy to move in.
