Order and collect services

Liverpool's libraries will reopen on a phased basis from Monday 12th April 2021 but the following order and collect services will remain in place.

To order books from Monday 12th April 2021, please contact us during the new opening hours by telephone or email, or by email at any other time.

Please include your library ticket number and a phone number in your email. We will contact you when your books have arrived and are ready to collect at your chosen library. We will not be reintroducing reservation charges until 21st June 2021.

Home library service

The home library service is for people who live in Liverpool but cannot get to a library or ask anyone to collect books on their behalf. For more information please email mobileservices.library@liverpool.gov.uk.
