Lee Gallagher

Qualifications: Level 1 Football Coach, Sports Leader Coach, Level 2 Spinning Instructor, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 GP referral instructor, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation and Exercise Specialist, Sports Massage Therapist, First Aid qualified and Defibrillator trained.

I specialise in fitness classes as a Metafit and Kettlebell instructor, one to one and GP referrals and Sports Massage Therapy.  My main area in fitness is rehabilitation, putting together safe, effective and appropriate programmes to help people achieve their personal goals.

Regardless of age, medical conditions, previous or current injuries, I will design an exercise programme which suits you. I own my own injury rehabilitation company 'Sports Therapy Hub', located here in the Aquatics. We provide injury treatment, prevention and rehabilitation, through sports massage, deep tissue massage and football coaching.

Jean Jaque Sillito

Qualifications: Level 1 British Triathlon Coach, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, Level 4 Cancer Rehab, Level 3 GP referral, CYQ Personal Training Diploma, CYQ Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management, CYQ Level 3 Lifestyles and fitness assessments, CYQ Level 3 training in different environments, CYQ Level 2 in supervising exercise with disabled people.

I'm also a Metafit, Kettlebells and level 2 Spin instructor.

I'm currently studying BA (Hons) Sports Development LJMU/Public Health inclusive.

Callum Pugh

Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor, BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport, FA Level 1 Football Coach, NPLQ Lifeguard.

My interests are Football and Boxing.  Fitness has always been a big part of my life and always will be.  A big priority for me is to keep working hard and progressing further to develop skills that will help me achieve big in my career. I will help anyone to achieve their goals in the gym, big or small, it always matters.  Never be afraid to ask me questions - it's always a pleasure to help.
