Park Lane STEP Scheme Part of a drive to improve pedestrian and cycling facilities in the city, this scheme created a continuous cycle route from the Baltic Triangle along Park Lane to connect with Jamaica Street.  May 2018
Great Howard Street Bridge Replacement Scheme This scheme was the first stage of a £32m project designed to improve Great Howard Street (A565) which links Liverpool with Sefton. This road will also be a vital route for freight to and from the new Liverpool2 deep water container terminal. April 2018 
A57 STEP Scheme The Sustainable Transport Enhancement Package (STEP) Scheme focuses on the A57 - Kensington, Prescot Road and East Prescot Road - and will improve traffic signals along the route, reduce journey times for all users and create a better link between Liverpool city centre, Knowsley and St Helens. May 2017
Earle Road STEP Scheme Tunnel Road has an upgraded wider Toucan crossing for pedestrians and cyclists. New pedestrian crossings added on Upper Parliament Street, cycle lanes added to Tunnel Road and cycle tracks marked along Smithdown Lane. April 2017
BID Streets Scheme This two-year £1.6m investment programme is nearly at its end and has improved Liverpool’s business area, as well as the links between the commercial district and the retail core of the city. July 2016
Netherfield Road South STEP Scheme A new Toucan crossing provides a safer crossing point for pedestrians and cyclists connecting Everton Park to Prince Edwin Street, as well as the cycle routes along Great Homer Street and beyond. April 2016
