Urgent ICT message

Wednesday 1st April 2020

All non-priority one staff who use a council laptop to access the council network are required to log out with immediate effect.

This is to enable priority services (listed below) to continue whilst essential work is carried out by ICT to improve capacity and resolve the issues.

Staff accessing Temporary Remote Access from home PCs can continue to do so and non-priority staff can use this route as means of accessing the network if they have set up the Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication process.

A further update will be provided on arrangements for non-priority one staff after lunch today.

ICT would like to thank you for your co-operation and patience during this challenging time.
