Consultations

If you're a resident, someone who works in the city, or are affiliated to a local organisation, the council is keen for you to voice your opinion.

We want to consult with as many people as possible on a variety of subjects either online or during face-to face focus groups.

• Consultation on Bath Street active travel plan and public realm improvements

• Consultation on an inclusive service plan for Hackney Carriage and private hire vehicles

  We want to implement an inclusive service plan for Hackney Carriage and private hire vehicles in the Liverpool licensing area and want to hear the views of anyone who needs an adapted vehicle or extra assistance to travel.

  We want local businesses, residents and the public to express their views on the proposals designed to improve facilities and the surrounding area.

• Consultation on the Inclusive Economic Growth Strategy for Liverpool

  We are seeking views from residents, businesses, community organisations, social enterprises, charities and the voluntary sector on an Inclusive Economic Strategy to help shape the city’s future up to 2040.

• Consultation on the consolidation of Smoke Control Areas in Liverpool

  Start date: 20th February 2025

  Liverpool City Council is proposing to consolidate historic Smoke Control Orders into a single, new, Smoke Control Order. 

• Consultation on parking measures around the new Everton Stadium (Bramley Moore Dock)

  We are consulting on the measures that are being introduced to manage parking around the new Everton Stadium - Bramley Moore Dock.

• Ballot on a change to the BID levy for hotels and serviced accommodation

  Start date: 27th March 2025

  A ballot of hotel and serviced accommodation operators seeks their approval for a change in how the levy is calculated.

• Adult social care user feedback

  Starts: 15th May 2023
  Ends: Ongoing

  This consultation is open to residents who have recently received a service from the council's Adult Social Care and Health team to help us improve services.
