Standard terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services

These are our standard terms and conditions for when the council purchases goods and/or services.

They will apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the supplier seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice of course or dealing.

These terms shall not apply where the parties have negotiated and entered into a specific bespoke agreement pertaining to the goods and/or services.

Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the terms of the contract, including those for early termination.
