Ways to Work is supported by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Strategic Investment Fund.
Are you looking for training and support that will help you get the job you want? Liverpool Ways to Work offers a range of services to support Liverpool residents into work.
We help people who are aged 16+ and not in paid employment, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
Help and training for jobseekers
Our Liverpool in Work service offers professional, impartial and confidential information, advice and guidance on finding work. From CV writing and help with job applications, to redundancy support and advice on financing career plans, we can provide you with the support you need.
We also offer routeway training programmes in construction, NHS traineeships and social care, all with a guaranteed job interview on completion.

Support for parents and carers of young children
Support for parents and carers of young children is available through local children’s centres.
They bring together a range of free services for children from birth to five, and their families including employment support for parents and carers.

Extra training and support
If you need additional support, we offer a range of bite-sized one-to-one and group training sessions. These include helping with job searches, writing a CV, preparing for interview and staying safe online.

We also help businesses to recruit through advertising vacancies and matching and screening candidates to opportunities.
