We provide free weekly fun activities for parents, carers and their children and support and advice for families and expectant parents.
If you've never used a children's centre before you'll need to register your details before accessing services. Complete your registration online or visit your nearest children's centre to register.

A 5-week course to discover how strong family bonds can shape happier, healthier futures for your children and learn practical ways to build positive relationships and reduce conflict at home.

Baby Massage

5-week accredited course for babies aged 1 to 12 months. A calming baby-led course for parents to learn soothing techniques. Certificate on completion.

Babbling Babies

A 5-week course to support your baby's early communication through fun, interactive activities that help you understand how babies learn to listen, respond, and express themselves from day one.

Baby Yoga

A 5 week course. Suitable for babies aged 3-8 months to move their bodies in stretches and holds that can help posture, circulation and development.

Antenatal Parent Education

A 5-week programme for expectant parents to learn about safe sleeping, baby development, feeding and more from Bump, Birth and Beyond.

Early Communication

SWAN Group Support with additional needs

If you have a child with additional needs, come along to a safe and stimulating environment. Parents and carers receive guidance from our experienced team and other specialist agencies. Your children can enjoy activities and meet new friends.

Support for children with speech and language difficulties as well as support for children with special/additional needs.
Free Sensory Room
Phone the Centre to book a slot in our sensory room to relax and stimulate your child’s senses. Our room can accommodate up to four people (including children) and sessions are for 30 minutes.

Early intervention support for families.
Are you pregnant?
If you're expecting a baby and would like to be shown around our centre or book onto our ante-natal sessions, contact the centre for an appointment with our health promotion workers.
We also offer one to one support for pregnant teenagers and teenage parents.
