Walton Children's Children's Centre
We provide free weekly fun activities for parents, carers and their children and support and advice for families and expectant parents in the Walton, Vauxhall, Fountains and County areas.
If you've never used a children's centre before you'll need to register your details before accessing services. Complete your registration online or visit your nearest children's centre to register.

Activity timetable
All sessions are term time only and must be booked unless otherwise stated. Activities take place at the Salvation Army site, unless otherwise stated.

Baby Yoga
A class for babies 3 to 12 months and parents to enjoy gentle breathing and relaxing postures.

Play based targeted group providing advice and strategies to support children's communication skills.

Stories, Songs and Rhymes
An interactive session bringing books and rhymes to life to promote speech and language development for children under 5 years.

Parenting advice and support
Parenting advice and support is available 5 days per week. We can also provide information and advice on sleep support, SEN and getting your child ready for school. Enquire at the centre for more details.

Is your child about to start nursery or school? Would you like some support/advice about how to help them make this transition? Call in to speak to our link workers who can support you land your child.
Infant First Aid course for parents
