What are we consulting on?

We are developing the Pumpfields and Limekiln Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which will shape future development and land use in the area. As part of this process, we are holding a consultation to hear your views. We want to know what matters to you whether you live, work, or have an interest in Pumpfields. Your feedback will help ensure the SPD reflects the needs and aspirations of the community.

We have already hosted a community event, which took place on Thursday 29th May 2025, 4pm -7pm at Blackstock Market. We listened to your views, feedback and ideas - your input will help shape this strategic document.

What happens to my views?

Along with our partners involved in the Pumpfields SPD, we will review your feedback..

We will use your responses to solely gather community perspectives to help inform the development of the Pumpfields SPD.

What happens next?

Feedback will help shape the draft SPD. Once prepared, it will go through a formal public consultation, where you'll have another opportunity to provide input.

Following this, the SPD will be refined, reviewed, and approved before becoming an official planning guidance document.
