HDRC timeline

HDRC Liverpool is a five-year programme running between January 2024 to Dec 2028.

We have set out a staged process over the five years of the programme funding. A key priority in year 1 to 2 of the programme is the co-production of a HDRC Liverpool approach and resources.

The NIHR has awarded £150 million to 30 HDRCs across the UK. This supports local authorities to undertake public health research. The research aims to address the wider determinants of health and health inequalities.
