National Concessionary Travel Pass - 'Older person's bus pass'
This pass can be used as photo ID in polling stations:
An 'older person's bus pass' is an acceptable form of photo ID when voting in an election.
This is a National Concessionary Travel Pass which applies when a person reaches state pension age and is valid for national travel.
This pass is distinctive as it has a red rose, the cross of St George and the wording 'Concessionary travel funded by HM Government with your local authority' printed on the front of the pass.

Free local travel pass
This pass cannot be used as photo ID in polling stations:
This is not a National Concessionary Travel Pass and will not be accepted as photo ID in polling stations.
This is a free local pass for travel on buses, trains and Mersey Ferries within Merseyside for everyone aged 60 and over living in Merseyside. Local passes are replaced with national passes when a person reaches state retirement pension age.
