How to contact us in an emergency or request a call back from a housing adviser for help with an existing referral.

We only accept online referrals and call back requests for non-urgent cases.

Request a call back

If you have a named housing officer, you can call us on 0800 731 6844 Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm, and we'll arrange for them to call you back. 

In an emergency

If you have had to leave your home and cannot wait to make a homeless application, please call 0800 731 6844. If we have a duty to, we will arrange emergency accommodation and an interview with a Housing Options adviser the next working day.
