Public and adult swim sessions

  • Turn up anytime during our public and adult swim hours. No need to book.
  • Adult to child pool ratio rules apply - see facility information below.
  • Note: Wednesday's public swim at 12pm is shared use with Aquacise class.
  • Note: Monday evening's adult swim switches to one lane from 8pm. Wednesday evening's adult swim is 2 lanes for the first hour, then full pool.

Health suite timetable

The health suite consists of a spa pool, steam and sauna. You must be 16 or over to use this facility. Do not use if you are pregnant or suffer with certain health conditions.
