- 2,000 properties on site across the city.
- £14million secured to bring empty homes back into use in AnfieldVillage, Tuebrook and Stoneycroft, south Liverpool and Kelvin Grove/Welsh Streets.
- Search underway for housing partner to deliver 1,500 new homes and refurbish another 1,000.
- 70 per cent of residents have backed plans for new homes in the Welsh Streets.
- Homes for a Pound pilot project underway to bring empty properties back into use.
