Find out what to do if you are a new customer and have not received your bin sticker within 15 working days of paying for the green bin collection service.

Existing customers


Your existing green bin sticker will look like the white sticker in the image above. We will reactivate the tag in it electronically within five days of payment, so you do not need a new one.

Do not worry if the text or QR code on the sticker is no longer visible, the tag inside it can still be scanned by our bin collection staff.

New customers

If you have already paid for your green bin collection service and not received your sticker in the post within 15 working days, you can use the form on this page.
