Attending an appointment

If you are attending an appointment for the scattering of a loved one's ashes or for a memorial, please go to the Book of Remembrance Room, where one of our team will meet you.

The Book of Remembrance room is located next to the Rosemary Chapel, where toilet facilities are also available.

Locating cremated remain plots

Individual section maps showing exact cremated remains/ashes locations are not available for public use.

The Springwood Crematorium section map will help you find your way around and make it easier to find section locations, the Garden of Remembrance and each Rose bed section.

Parking is available at both Rosemary and Myrtle chapels. If services are taking place in both chapels, spaces may be limited.

Please allow sufficient time to arrive as cremation services cannot be delayed.
