Compensation claims

If you're thinking about making a claim against the council for vehicle damage or personal injury, you must submit a letter of claim in writing. You are free to seek independent legal advice from a solicitor to act on your behalf.

• Damage only claims If your property or vehicle has been damaged your claim must tell us why you hold Liverpool City Council responsible for the incident. 
• Personal injury claims If you're making a personal injury claim you must tell us why you hold Liverpool City Council responsible for the incident.
