This statement expresses the council's commitment to improving the energy efficiency of residential properties in the most cost effective way, maximising efficiency savings through a combined approach and reducing fuel poverty across the local authority. It is our intention that funding under the Help to Heat section of Energy Company Obligation 2018-22 (ECO3) will be made available to private tenants in Liverpool.
