Productivity Plan
Our Productivity Plan sets out how the council is improving efficiency and reducing waste, whilst also highlighting the barriers facing local government.
It outlines the actions being taken in Liverpool to secure long-term financial sustainability, including:
- Managing our resources effectively
- Increasing productivity
- Providing excellent services through digital, data and technology, and customer experience improvement
It also highlights our transformation priorities where high inflationary pressure and service demand are impacting us the most in the following areas:
- Adult and children's services (including Special Educational Needs)
- Housing and temporary accommodation
- Home to school and community transport
We are required to send this document to the government and publish a copy on this website, which you can download below.
