Book a domestic pest control visit
If you live in the Liverpool area and have a pest problem in your home, we can help.
We treat:
- Rats — inside or outside your property
- Mice — inside your property only
- Wasps — inside your property or in an area of land attached to it
- Ants — inside your property only
We aim to provide treatment within 5 working days, or 24 hours for rats inside your property (excluding the loft). Where demand for visits is high during busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
- If you live in shared accommodation, homes of multiple occupancy (HMOs), or have a pest problem in a communal area, contact your landlord to arrange a commercial pest control visit.
- If you are a Riverside Housing Association tenant please contact the Riverside pest control service first.

*Treatment for seasonal pests takes place from 1st July to 31st October. Visits booked and paid for outside of these dates are non-refundable.

What happens next?
We will visit your property between 9am and 3.30pm on the day of your appointment. Please make sure you or a person over 18 is available during these hours. We are not able to give specific visit times.
To prepare for the visit, please read our pre-treatment advice.
The pest control officer will advise you when to book your next appointment - this should take place within one calendar month of your first treatment.
Need to change your appointment?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, sign in to your account to manage your booking. Alternatively, you can open the 'Manage my booking' link in the email we sent you.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel before 12pm midday the day before your appointment. Refunds only apply to bookings made and paid for during the seasonal period (1st July to 31st October).
