Approximately 2,000 e-scooters and 150 e-bikes are available for hire at key transport hubs, hospitals and other outlets across Liverpool.

This scheme is a joint initiative run by Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Liverpool City Council and Bolt.

Who can hire an e-scooter or e-bike?

It is against the law to ride either an e-scooter or e-bike on a pavement.

No. Users can just leave them on the street when they have finished with them. A GPS tracker signals to the Bolt team to collect them.
