When a civil enforcement officer confiscates a Blue Badge

A civil enforcement office may be in uniform or plain clothes, but they must produce their Liverpool City Council ID to prove who they are.

If a civil enforcement officer confiscates your Blue Badge you will get a letter within 14 days inviting you to a meeting with the Blue Badge Fraud Team.

At the interview, the team will discuss the investigation with you and what may happen next.
