School Family Support Service

The School Family Support Service provides intensive family support to families with school-age children. The schools buy in tailored services unique to their needs.

Schools that purchase the service are able to make referrals directly to their own dedicated outreach family support worker provided by the service. The family support worker will then complete an early help assessment with the family and offer coordinated support via the Team Around the Family approach.
