Environmental searches
We can carry out environmental searches and provide information on issues for sites within the Liverpool City Council boundary.
We hold numerous records which can be used to assess potentially contaminated land for land redevelopment, buying or selling residential property or due diligence.

Contaminated land and priority status enquiries
Enquiries to establish if a site has been designated as contaminated land as defined by the Regulations (2012), and is on the Contaminated Land Register will cost £42.25.
If a Part 2a Priority Status of a site is required as defined by the Regulations (2012) this will cost £189. The charge is based on officer time collating and assessing site specific data.
We will need a site plan and purchase order number to process enquiries of this nature.
