Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum
The Liverpool Private Rented Sector Forum (PRSF) exists to improve communication between landlords, property managers and the council.
Who can attend?
Any landlord or agent operating within the city can attend the meetings.
When are meetings held?
Meetings are held twice a year in Liverpool. Speakers talk about issues to do with the private housing sector. The next Forum meeting will be held on 13th October 2022.
Forum meeting details - Thursday 13th October 2022
Liverpool City Council, the National Rental Landlords Association (NRLA) and the North West Property Owners Association (NWPOA) are holding a joint event for landlords on Thursday 13th October 2022.
It will include an update on the council’s Landlord Licensing Scheme launched earlier this year, and an updated enforcement policy for HMOs which primarily focuses on fire safety. Officials from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) will also present a rental reforms paper.
The event, which starts at 6pm, is taking place at the Quaker Meeting House on School Lane in the city centre.
