Liverpool City Council is the responsible licensing authority for the Liverpool area.

Gambling licences and permits The Gambling Act regulates all gambling in Great Britain, apart from the National Lottery and spread betting.

Scrap metal and motor salvage licences A scrap metal dealer or motor salvage operator must have a licence to trade.
