Taxi drivers must tell us if their email, phone number or address change. Find out why and how to tell us about a change.

Why we need you to update your details 

You must make sure we have your current email, phone number and address for the following reasons: 

  • Email — so Taxi Plus can send you reminders to renew your licence or DBS Certificate via email. If your renewal application is delayed, you will not be able to work once your current licence expires. We no longer issue temporary licences. 
  • Phone number so we can call you to discuss an application or any other issues such as complaints.
  • Address — if you move, we need to reissue your licence with your new address on it for insurance and enforcement purposes.

How to notify us of a change

Changed your email? Tell Taxi Plus 

If you are a driver and you have changed your email address, please call Taxi Plus on 01254 355 679 so they can update your account. They will notify us once it has been changed.

Changed your phone number?

To update your phone number, please contact us.

Moved house? Use our online form

If you have moved, please use the form below to tell us what your new address is.

Read our privacy notice which tells you how we use your data.

When we receive your form, we will email you to request a copy of your updated driving licence and proof of your new address, dated within the past month. 

We will then ask for payment of £20 for your duplicate licence and let you know where and when you can collect it. You must bring your old licence when you collect the new one.
