Your paper licence is a legal document issued by Liverpool City Council and it confirms the details of your licence.
If you have lost your paper licence, you will need to apply for a duplicate one using the form below. Please select 'duplicate licence/replacement badge' when prompted.
You will need to upload images of:
- your statutory declaration (see information below) and
- your current driving licence.
